Warren D. Harkins

Warren D. Harkins, a proud native of Texas, has built a remarkable life shaped by service, entrepreneurship, and storytelling. He grew up in West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico, forging a path that led him to the Air Force during the Viet Nam era. After earning a scholarship, he attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated as an officer. His career in the Strategic Air Command involved serving as a missile launch officer with crucial assignments.

In 1982, Warren transitioned into the family communications business, transforming it into a publicly traded corporation by 1994. He later launched new ventures, continuing his success in business. He holds a BA from the University of Oklahoma and an MPA from Golden Gate University.
